Sun VectorAdapted from a definition by Ted Ngai, calculates the vector of the sun for a given time and location. Parameters:

• Year: (int)
• Month: (int)
• Day: (int)
• Hour: (int) in 24h format
• Time Zone: (int)
• Latitude: (double) Positive North
• Longitude: (double) Positive East
• Display Scale: affects vector display only
• North Angle: In your model, measured clockwise from positive Y
